Dr. Subhashini Mahipathi, M.D
Co-Founder and President RNXT
Subhashini believes in giving back to society and is involved in several initiatives aimed towards improving lives in the Plymouth community. She works with spirited individuals to lead with purpose, choice, and impact in service to their values, humanity’s well-being, and the advancement of our planet. She strongly believes in character development, commitment to serve others, and developing the capabilities needed to grow and prosper with others.
Nagendar Mahipathi
Co-founder and CEO RNXT
Nagender (Mahi) Mahipathi is co-founder and CEO of RNXT. He holds a dual Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Linguistics and recently completed an executive MBA program.
Since co-founding RNXT, Mahi has grown RNXT into a trusted brand name in the Twin Cities area. Over the years, Mahi has built successful alliances and partnerships with clients and vendor partners alike in IT services and staffing across various industries.
Mahi believes in the principle of karma and serving the community around him. He has been instrumental in providing career opportunities to numerous employees who have then gone to achieve great success in the IT industry.
A serial entrepreneur, Mahi co-founded the popular Pizza Karma chain in 2017 with Amit Rudraraju and world-renowned celebrity chef Raghavan Iyer. Today, the Pizza Karma brand is expanding across Twin cities and beyond, currently at three outlets and a roadmap to grow nationally.
In line with his philosophy of helping the community, Mahi through RNXT offers scholarships to meritorious and deserving high school students who want to build a future for them in STEM related careers. Mahi is also the current Commissioner – Chair Charter Commission, City of Plymouth, MN.
